  • Failure to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline.
  • Significant deviations from the agreed-upon project scope without client consent.
  • Complete dissatisfaction with the initial project deliverables, provided that concerns are communicated within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as consulting fees, domain registration, and third-party service fees, are non-refundable. These costs will be clearly outlined in your project agreement.
  • Partial Refunds: If a project is cancelled partway through, and a refund is deemed appropriate, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
